How Much Will This Cost Me?

In-Home Senior Downsizing - Single Session (3 hours, 1 organizer): $180

My minimum is one 3-hour session in your home.

  • 4 Sessions: ($36 off) $684

  • 5 Sessions: ($90 off) $810

  • 6 Sessions: ($108 off) $972

For each organizing session, you are allotted up to 1 hour of administrative and concierge service which includes:

  • Layout and space planning

  • Personalized communication with you by phone, text, or email

  • Shopping time (suggested list for single sessions; shopping assistance for packages)

  • Arranging appointments with other service providers

  • Removal of donation items (one load per session) and/or scheduling assistance for donation pickup

Session Requirements

My minimum is at least one 3-hour session in your home or office. Rates vary based on service package selected and location of home or office; for a virtual session, the minimum is a single 30-minute virtual session.
